Business Models

Do you have a product to sell already? Have you got a supplier in mind? Or maybe you've heard you can source products elsewhere and sell these? 

 

Deciding on a business model is very important and will need a bit of thought. There are four main questions you need to answer:

  1. Who do you want to sell to? Businesses or consumers? 
  2. What kind of products will you sell? Actual, physical products? Or maybe digital products or services? 
  3. Where are you getting your products? You can make, manufacture, buy wholesale or dropship. 
  4. How will you compete? There are many businesses out there.. what does yours have to offer?
