Do you have a product to sell already? Have you got a supplier in mind? Or maybe you've heard you can source products elsewhere and sell these?
Deciding on a business model is very important and will need a bit of thought. There are four main questions you need to answer:
- Who do you want to sell to? Businesses or consumers?
- What kind of products will you sell? Actual, physical products? Or maybe digital products or services?
- Where are you getting your products? You can make, manufacture, buy wholesale or dropship.
- How will you compete? There are many businesses out there.. what does yours have to offer?
